About This Mortgage Amortization Calculator
This calculator generates a professional, printable amortization schedule based on the property cost, down payment, interest rate, and mortgage period. It is designed to help real estate agents and clients visualize how a mortgage will be paid down over time.
To use: enter your details above, including your Agent and Client info. After clicking “Show Amortization Schedule”, scroll down to view a detailed report with a chart and table.
To share: copy the report and paste it into an email, message, or Word document. Then click on the chart to select it, right click, and copy image. Paste the image in the same location wherever you pasted the text portion of the report. You can also right-click to print and choose save to PDF for presentation or sharing but that leaves out the chart. Many believe the chart to be impressive and the most important part of the analysis. For updates, simply change any field and click the button again — the report will refresh automatically.
